The garden is BBQ friendly and also has a garage with secure ground anchors for storage of bikes. I pay a gardener for the upkeep of the garden. It has parking on the driveway at the front.

I like the tenants to treat the house as their home. I will willingly pay for additional decoration at the tenants request if it will lead to an overall improvement to the house. I respond quickly to any problems.
